Legal due diligence
We check ownership, encumbrances, easements, heritage protection and whether the building matches its documentation.
Viewings and advice
We also tell you what a seller would rather not mention: damp, access, summer noise, renovation costs.
Commission and terms
We operate under the Slovenian Real Estate Brokerage Act. The commission is agreed in advance and written into the brokerage contract, with no hidden items.
The price list, general terms and professional indemnity policy are available on request. We send them before any contract is signed.
